Leftover Roti/Chapati Sandwiches
Ingredients
Left over
roti/ chapati - 6
Boiled and
mashed potato - 4
Chopped onion - ½ cup
Chopped ginger - 1 inch
Chopped green chilli - 2
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Boiled sweet corn - 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Chat masala -1 tsp
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - as per taste
Cheese cubes - 2
Lemon - ½
Chopped onion - ½ cup
Chopped ginger - 1 inch

Instructions
Add the
salt, onion, roasted peanut, sweet corn, red chili flakes, garam masala powder,
black pepper powder, chopped green chilies, lemon juice and coriander leaves to
the boiled and mashed potatoes and set aside. Place a roti on a chopping board
and spread the potato masala over it. Sprinkle some chaat masala and salt if
required to it. Grate some cheese over it. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan on a
medium flame and place the roti sandwich with the help of your palms slowly.
Press it with your hands carefully, so that the stuffed should not come out of
the sandwiches. Cook the roti from both the sides by flipping it carefully till
it gets crispy and then turn off the gas. Take it out into a serving plate and
then cut it into pieces and serve hot. Yummy left over roti sandwiches recipe
