Maggi Momos
Ingredients
For momos:
Momos dough recipe:
Take a large mixing bowl and 1 cup of maida, salt and oil. Mix well. Add water little by little and knead dough and cover and rest for 1 hour.
Maggi momos stuffing recipe:
In a large kadai heat oil. Saute garlic green chillies and vegetables then add water and get to a boil. Now add maggi masala and noodles mix well and cook till the water is absorbed completely.Then add soy sauce and chilli sauce.
For momos:
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tsp oil
water as required to knead dough
1 tbsp maida flour for dusting
Cabbage leaf for placing in tray (its optional or you can place
it directly on the tray after applying little oil on it)
For stuffing:
2 tsp oil
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small capsicum, finely chopped
1 cup carrot, finely chopped
Half cup cabbage, shredded
1½ cup water
1 packet maggi masala
1 packet maggi noodles
Half tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce

Momos preparation recipe: After an hour take a small ball and flatten dust with some maida
and start to roll using rolling pin. Now place the prepared stuffing in center fold into half forming
a semi-circle press the edges gently.Bring together the tip of folded semi circles and join them. Steam momos for 15 minutes and serve momos hot with momos sauce.
