Cornflakes and Jaggery Ladoos
Ingredients
3 cups Corn Flakes or your choice
Half cup roasted oats coarsely grounded
1/2 cup Jaggery
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Oil / Ghee for greasing
Instructions
Powder or Crush the corn flakes with your hands and keep it
aside. Heat jaggery and little water in a pan. The amount of the water should
be enough to immense the jaggery. Keep mixing to melt the jaggery. When
the jaggery is completely melted, strain the syrup to remove any
impurities. Then continue boiling the syrup over a low flame until thick and
hard ball consistency. Now add the corn flakes, oats and cardamom powder. Mix
everything until well combined. When the mixture is still warm, grease
your hand and make small round balls out of the mixture. Store them in a
container and enjoy.
