Corn Quesadilla

All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 200 ml
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese - 30 grams

Method
Heat
butter in a skillet add onion and stir fry till a minute or two, add sweet corn
and mix it well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. Now, coriander leaves
and mix it well. Add 2 all-purpose flour and mix it well. Then, add milk and
mxi it well. Bring it to a boil. Add salt as per your taste, black pepper
powder, chilli flakes and mix it well. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium
heat. Add mozzarella cheese and mix it well. Remove it from heat and keep
aside. Then spoon the corn mixture to one side of the tortilla and cover it
with the other side to create a half semi-circle. Place it on a grill machine.
Brush it with butter. Close the lid and grill for about 5 - 7 minutes or until
it turns golden brown in color. Cut it into half. Serve hot with ketchup.
