Instant Coconut Mousse
Ingredients
3/4
cup Rainbow milk
3/4
cup cream of coconut
2 cup
heavy whipping cream
4 to
5 tablespoons condensed milk
4 to
5 tablespoon roasted desiccated coconut
Method
In a medium size mixing bowl pour the heavy whipping cream, milk
and add the condensed milk. Mix over medium speed until whipped cream is light
and fluffy and soft peaks are forming. Add the cooled coconut cream to the
whipped cream &desiccated coconut and stir until combined. Pour the mixture
into small containers or jars. Seal and place in refrigerator. Allow to cool
and set for at least 2 hours. Top with additional whipped cream and any other
toppings desired. Like chocolate, strawberries etc. Enjoy the Coconut mousses.
