Apple Rabdi



Ingredients
Apple 2 to 3 large ones
Rainbow Milk 1 liter
Condensed milk 4 tablespoons
Green cardamom 1/2 teaspoon
Almonds blanched and Sliced 10
Pistachios blanched and Sliced 10
Walnut for garnish

Method
Pour milk in a broad vessel and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced to half the original quantity. Add condensed milk and cook on low heat, stirring continuously. Peel and grate two apples. Add the grated apples to reduced milk and mix. Cook for three to four minutes. Add cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios. Pour into a serving dish. Garnish it walnut or any dry fruits of your choice. Serve hot or cold.
