Golden Mango Treat
Ingredients
3 cups coconut milk
½ cup soaked sago
2 tbsp milk powder
4 tbsp condensed milk (optional)
2 tbsp custard powder
2 cups mango puree
2 cups fresh mangoes cut in to small pieces (I used alphonso)
Few chopped nuts (almond/pistachio/cashew)
Water as required
Method
Wash the sago well
and keep aside. Then pour coconut milk and the sago into a pan.
Stir and cook for
20 to 25 minutes. Add condensed milk and mix the custard with water and add the
same & cook for 5 min then add the mango puree and mix well and turn off
the flame. Let it cool then add chopped fresh mangoes mix & refrigerate for
2 hours then garnished with chopped nuts and enjoy..
