Leftover Chapati Laddu
Ingredients:
3 Chapattis
2 tablespoons Jaggery Grated
1 tablespoon Ghee
½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
2 tablespoons Chopped Cashew/Almonds
Method
Chop the chapatis
into tiny pieces or else grind it.
Take a mixing
bowl, add chopped or grinded chapatis and combine it with rest of the
ingredients except jaggery.
Heat a pan, add
jaggery and ghee. Melt it together and add into the chapatis mixture.
Make small laddu
out of the mixture. Serve!
