Rice kheer with condensed milk

Ingredients

Rice 1 cup

Milk 1-liter full cream

Condensed milk I tin 400 gms

Chopped dry fruits mix

Cardamom powder

Milk powder 2 tbsp

Pinch of saffron (optional)



Method



Wash rice and pressure-cook in milk for 10 minutes (or cook on slow fire, until rice is soft). Add Condensed Milk and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, then add milk powder and cardamom powder mix well and cook until the kheer reaches the desired consistency. Remove from fire. Serve garnished with nuts

Enjoy hot or cold.
