Paneer and Coconut Paratha
Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour – half cup
Maida – half cup Paneer – 300 gms, crumbled Green Chillies – 4, ground to a paste Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp Coconut – half cup, grated Onions – 2, chopped
Fresh coriander green chilli paste – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch Oil as required Coriander Leaves – few, chopped Salt as per taste Ghee as required |

Method:
Combine the wheat flour, maida, coriander and green chilli paste
salt and ghee in a bowl. Knead well to a thick dough.
Heat little oil in a pan, saute the onions for 2 minutes then
add the paneer and stir well.
After a minute, add coconut, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, green chilli paste and salt.
Stir-fry for a minute or two. Make small balls of the dough and shape them into small cups.
Add 1 or 2 tsp of the paneer mixture and fold well. Roll them into small/medium parathas. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
After a minute, add coconut, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, green chilli paste and salt.
Stir-fry for a minute or two. Make small balls of the dough and shape them into small cups.
Add 1 or 2 tsp of the paneer mixture and fold well. Roll them into small/medium parathas. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
Cook the prepared parathas on both sides and remove. Serve hot
with curd, chutney or pickle.
