Sama Flour Bhakri

Ingredients:


Sama or Samvat flour: 1 cup

Potato: 2 boiled

Sendha namak (Rock Salt): to taste

Ghee: 2 tbsp.


Method:

Take sama flour in mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato, salt and mix and knead it to a soft dough.(You will not require water but if needed add littlehot water)

Divide the dough in equal balls. Take a plastic polythene and grease a little with oil. Put one ball on plastic polythene, fold it and roll it with rolling pin. Bhakri will be a little thick.

Heat a tawa. Pour a little ghee on it. Pick rolled bhakri on one hand and place it on tawa. Cook from both sides by applying ghee. Cook until golden brown from both sides.
Serve it with any chutney pf your choice and enjoy.
