Chicken fry in Ghee!
Marinate half kg
of chicken in 100 ml curd, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, juice of
half a lemon for 1 hr. Dry fry some red chillies on low flame for 2 min and
keep. In 1 tsp of ghee, fry a pinch of fenugreek, 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds, 3/4
tsp cumin seeds, little pepper corns, some cloves and cool. Grind all of the
above with 2 tbsp tamarind paste and keep it aside.
In a kadai, add ghee, when warm add the marinated chicken and cook on low flame till half done. Add the paste and mix well. Add water if needed. Cook until complete dry Serve hot
