Beetroot DIP
Ingredients:
Beetroot grated
(you can even boil and grate it)
2-cup labneh
1 garlic finely
chopped or grated
2 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
2 green chillies
finely chopped
Black Salt and
freshly ground black pepper as per taste
Method:
In a bowl take, the grated
beetroot add the labneh, garlic, olive oil, green chillies salt, and pepper.
Give it a good mix. Even you can mix it in food processor taste and adjust the
seasoning with more salt and pepper, if needed. Transfer the dip to a wide,
shallow bowl for serving and enjoy it with your favourite chips.
