Three Ingredients Cake (Quick & Esay)

Ingredients:

Bourbon Biscuit - 240g / 2 Packs
Eno - 1 Pack / 1 tsp.
Milk / Water - 1 cup
Nuts / choco chips – optional

Method

Grind the biscuits in to a fine powder. Remove it in a bowl add milk and mix well to form a nice and smooth batter.

Take a mug or silicon mould grease it with butter and keep it aside.

Now add eno to the batter mix it and pour it to the mug or mould, you can add nuts or choco chips its optional and microwave it for 1 to 2 mins.

Your cake is ready to be served enjoy wit with hot chocolate syrup or ice cream.
