Oats Pancake
Ingredients
1 cup Oats
Half cups
all-purpose flour or Wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar or
honey
1 teaspoons baking
soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
(optional)
1-1/2 cups milk
1 banana, mashed
½ spoon vanilla essence
1-tablespoon
vegetable oil
Method:
In large bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, sugar and salt;
mix well. In separate medium bowl, combine milk, banana and oil; blend well.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry
ingredients are mixed well. Rest it for 10 min. Heat nonstick pan over medium-high lightly
grease pan. For each pancake, pour the required batter into hot pan. Turn when tops are
covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Turn only once. Serve it with honey
& enjoy!
