Masala Buttermilk
Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt/curd
1 tbsp finely
chopped green chillies
3 tbsp fresh mint
leaves
3 tbsp fresh
coriander leaves
a pinch of
ordinary salt
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp roasted
cumin seeds powder
2 cups chilled
water
ice cubes
Method:
Firstly, take a blender, into it, add yogurt add chopped green
chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, black salt also add roasted
cumin seeds powder.
Blend this mixture well. Add ice cubes, chilled water and blend
well again.
Take a glass, pour the buttermilk if required garnish it with
little roasted cumin powder and mint leaves and serve chilled.
Notes
1. In order to make it even spicier, while blending the
yogurt mixture add in some chopped ginger and blend.
