Quick & Easy Bread Kulfi
Ingredients:
4 bread slices preferably white
4 tablespoons fresh cream
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons corn flour
1/4 cup mixed chopped nuts
1 tsp cardamon powder
Method:
Take
the bread pieces and tear into small pieces. Blend along with fresh cream. Take
2 teaspoons corn flour and mix with 1/4 cup milk without any lumps. Take the milk
and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Heat in low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add corn flour paste, sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil. Now add the bread
paste and mix well. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes, the mixture will start to
thicken. Now add the corn flour milk masala and nuts along with, saffron,
cardamom powder Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes. The mixture will be of
semi condensed milk consistency now. Cool to room temperature. Pour the mixture
in kulfi moulds or a paper cups and freeze overnight or 6-8 hours. While
serving invert the container or the paper cup and tap slightly, the kulfi comes
out easily and cut it as your desired shape serve easy bread kulfi immediately.
