Spicy Rice Balls


Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 cup Rice flour
• 1 tsp Oil
• Mustard seeds
• Cumin seeds
• Red chili powder
• Chat masala
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
Take water in a pan and bring it to boil. When water begins to boil add salt and mix well. Reduce the heat to low. Add capsicum, rice flour and mix well. You can add veggies of your choice like carrot, spinach etc. Turn off the gas. Cover and rest the mixture for about 5 minutes. When the mixture cools down a little, remove the lid and knead it like dough. Make small smooth balls from the dough and keep aside. Heat up oil in a pan. Drop the balls in it and fry until it gets nice golden color from all sides. Keep on mixing regularly. When rice balls get nice golden color move them aside in the pan. Add mustard seeds in the oil in the pan and let them pop up. Add cumin seeds and mix everything well together. Add red chili powder and turn off the gas. Mix well and add chat masala, coriander leaves and mix well. Spicy
rice balls are all ready. It can be a good breakfast or evening snack option.
