Bhelpuri



Ingredients
2 tsp oil
2 tbsp peanuts
¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp chaat masala powder
Salt as per your taste
2 cup puffed rice
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp sweet chutney
for chaat:
2 tbsp onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
1 chilli finely chopped
½ potato boiled & cubed
handful coriander leaves
½ tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp sev

Instructions
In a large kadai roast tbsp peanuts until it turns crunchy. keeping the flame on low, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt as per your taste. further, add puffed rice and mix well and roast for about 2 minutes. Mix until the spices are well combined. Transfer masala puffed rice to a large bowl. Add onions, tomato, potato and the chutneys and mix well then lastly add pinch of chaat masala and sev. Give a quick mix. Enjoy bhel garnished with onion, sev and coriander.
