Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients
Black peppercorns - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Onions – 2 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mushrooms - 500 grams
Capsicum – 1 big
Green chili chopped - 2 tsp
Curry leaves chopped - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt – as per your taste
Coriander - for garnishing
Directions:
In a blender, add 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, 2 teaspoons fennel seeds and blend it well. Heat oil in a pot, add mustard seeds and stir well. Add onions and fry until translucent. Then, add ginger garlic paste and saute for about two minutes. Now, add mushrooms and mix it well. Cook for 10 minutes. Add capsicum and mix it again. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Then add green chili, curry leaves and mix it well. Add turmeric and mix it again. Add the blended mixture, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix it well. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot
