Leftover Poha Cutlet
Ingredients
1-cup leftover
poha
½ tsp red chilli
powder
Half tsp garam
masala powder
¼ tsp dry mango
powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Half tsp ginger
garlic paste
¼ tsp black
pepper, crushed
2 tbsp corn flour
Salt as per your
taste
2 tbsp coriander
leaves, finely chopped
1-cup bread crumbs
Method: -
Take the leftover
poha and add chilli powder, garam masala powder, aamchur, chaat masala, ginger
garlic paste and crushed pepper. Additionally add corn flour, salt, breadcrumbs
and coriander leaves. Combine well making sure a dough is formed. Prepare a small
ball sized patties greasing hand with oil. Now shallow fry or deep fry or pan
fry in hot oil. Fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally until it turns
golden brown. Serve poha cutlet with tomato sauce.
