Sprouts Pancake
Ingredients
Gram flour (besan) 2 cups

Semolina half cup
Sprouts 1 cup
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Green chillies 2-3
Salt to taste

Method
Place the gram flour in a bowl. Add salt, semolina, sprouts, carom seeds,green chillies and red chilli powder.
Add water, little by little, and whisk to make a smooth
pancake like batter.
Take a pan pour a ladle of pancake on it drizzle a little oil all around and cook till the underside is lightly browned.

Spread a little of the sprouts over the pancake and cover
and cook for a minute then flip over and cook for a minute more till it’s done
Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy
