Palak Mushroom
Ingredients
500 gms washed and
chopped mushroom
2 chopped onion
6 tbsp tomato
puree
1 tbsp green
chilli and ginger garlic paste
1 cup boiled Palak
paste
Salt as per taste
1 tsp pepper
powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander
powder
1 tsp red chilli
powder
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp fresh cream
(optional)
METHOD: -
Heat oil in a
kadhai. Add the green chilli ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute they add
onion & fry onions until light brown, put chopped mushroom fry until cooked
and oil comes on top. Add salt and other dry masala powders. Put tomato puree
and cook until oil comes on the surface. Then add Palak paste cook for 5
minutes.
Add fresh cream cook
for 1 minute (have click pics with both version with cream and without cream
its optional). Serve hot with rice or parathas..
