Sausage Ghee Roast
Ingredients
Sausages
(a pack of 10)
Finely
chopped onion – 1 medium-sized
Finely
chopped tomato – 1 small-sized
Ginger-Garlic
Paste – 1 tsp
Chili
Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander
Powder – 1 tsp
Chicken
Masala powder– 2 tbsp
Garam
masala powder – 1 tsp
Black
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Tomato
Ketchup – 1tsp
Curry
Leaves – A sprig
Ghee
– 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Method
Heat ghee in a pan
and add the onions- saute till they turn translucent.
Add the
ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and saute.
Add the chopped
tomatoes and stir- add salt appropriately.
Once the
ingredients are properly cooked- add the tomato ketchup, chilli powder,
coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder and the Chicken
masala; stir for a few minutes till the ghee separates from the masala.
Add a little water
and mix well to form a gravy.
Add the chicken
sausages (sliced the way you want) and cook for about 10-15 minutes until
either the sausages fluff up or the gravy is dried up.
Enjoy hot
