Lauki (Bottle gourd) ke Kofta

Method
Heat oil, add in cumin and bay leaf, and then add turmeric and chilli powder. Add in prepared onion tomato paste and saute well.
Then add in coriander powder and salt along with leftover lauki water and curd mix well and boil.
Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder then add the koftas cook for about 2 minutes & garnish with coriander and enjoy with curry with roti.
For kofta:

Firstly, peel and
grate lauki & add salt squeeze well. Add in besan and spices mix well and
prepare kofta.
Coat with corn
flour and deep fry drain and keep aside.Heat oil, add in cumin and bay leaf, and then add turmeric and chilli powder. Add in prepared onion tomato paste and saute well.
Then add in coriander powder and salt along with leftover lauki water and curd mix well and boil.
Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder then add the koftas cook for about 2 minutes & garnish with coriander and enjoy with curry with roti.
