Egg Roast
Ingredients
2 tablespoon oil
1Salt as per taste
1 tsp Garlic
(minced)
2 tsp Ginger (minced)
1/4 teaspoon
turmeric powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri
Chili powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli
Powder
1/2 tbsp Garam
Masala
Half tsp lemon
juice
5 hard-boiled eggs
Finely chopped
corrainder leaves for garnish
Method
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the boiled egg turning it frequently
for couple of minutes, or until they start to turn brown and set it aside. In
the same pan, add ginger and garlic and saute for couple of minutes until the
ginger garlic gives off its aroma. Then all spice powders and mix in well. Add lemon
juice and the fried egg and toss it well (Note: Do not stir the mixture too
hard after adding the eggs or the egg might crumble). Cook it on a low heat for
4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Remove from the heat. Garnish it with
corrainder leaves.
