Mango Fruit Custard
Ingredients
16 ml Mango Puree
16 ml heavy
whipping cream
4 spoon powdered
sugar
1 can of fruit
cocktail (or you can use fresh fruits of your choice)
Cherries for
garnish
Method:
Whip the heavy
cream & powdered sugar using a hand whip or an electric one until a little
stiff. Do not over whip otherwise, it will be too stiff.
Add mango puree to
the whipped cream and sugar mixture.
Fold the mango
puree into the cream so they are well incorporated.
Now add the can of
fruit cocktail along with the syrup and mix a little. Refrigerate for a few
hours before serving.
Serve chilled.
Garnish it with cherry or whatever you like may be raspberries.
